Resources & getting started
If you feel distressed or overwhelmed at any stage, please do feel free to take a break at any time. You can also click on the Samaritans button located at the bottom of each page of the program, including your homepage.
In addition, some useful resources (this tutorial, the welcome video and other useful websites) can be found in the ‘Resources’ link.
Once you’ve selected your module order, click ‘See more…’ for your chosen module. And off you go! As you progress through the program, you will be able to see more modules (one each week). You can see how far through a module you are, by looking at the coloured progress bar underneath the ‘See more…’ button.
Accessibility
You can also change the ‘+ Accessibility Options’ at the bottom of each page. You can change the font size to be Small, Regular or Large.
